DomainNameWire is reporting that venture capital firm Ethos has completed the takeover of Abry Partners’ share of registrar Donuts. The move comes after more than a month of unconfirmed reports, and comes shortly after Donuts’ acquisition of Afilias in late 2020. In an interview with DomainNameWire, Akram Attallah, CEO of Donuts, indicates that their primary focus will be integration of the Afilias assets with their current systems.
